The customer service received from Affirmative Insurance is above all other companies I have dealt with. This is a local company and and keeping our business and money in the community means a lot. I refer them to my clients (Business and Individual) for all types of insurance. They are always willing to answer questions and a person answers the telephone not a computer. They will go to bat for the client in a claim to ensure that you get the correct amount and job is done correctly. Give them a try you will not regret it

I have had Affirmative insurance for over 40 years. I have never had a problem with anyone who is affiliated with Affirmative. Very professional and wonderful people to work with. I wish there were more people like the people at Affirmative insurance! Thank you Crystal and of course your dad for all the wonderful years you have helped me and my family!

Mrs. Hogg is a very professional person; and when she says she will do something, it is as good as done! That is very rare in this world. It is good to see that spirit in Mrs. Crystal Hogg.
