The customer service received from Affirmative Insurance is above all other companies I have dealt with. This is a local company and and keeping our business and money in the community means a lot. I refer them to my clients (Business and Individual) for all types of insurance. They are always willing to answer questions and a person answers the telephone not a computer. They will go to bat for the client in a claim to ensure that you get the correct amount and job is done correctly.
