My wife and I have been with Affirmative Insurance Services for more than 20 years. They pretty much handle all of my family’s insurance needs. What I like about them is they keep me on track and ahead of the curve always looking for the best deals and making sure they have my family’s best interest in mind. Over the years we have developed a great relationship with Christel and love the fact that when I call I am always talking to a person I know. I know the insurance business in competitive, but when you have a problem nothing beats a personal relationship.

I started with Linwood Hogg in the late 80s and when he called and said he was making moves to buy his own agency. My decision was simple, move my policies to his new agency. Personalized service is what customers like me rely on. They explain every detail of my policy no matter how trivial. Having someone I can have a one on one conversation with means more to me than a lower rate with another company. With a 1-800 number insurance company, I’m just another customer they speak to on a rotation. With Affirmative Insurance Services I’m family!
